When you hear of someone making a huge Profit in the market on a relatively small or average trading account, you can bet the trader was not using money management.
They more than likely exposed their trading account to obscene risk due to an abnormally large “Trade Size.” The trader may have just gotten lucky and experienced a profit windfall. By trading in this manner, it’s just a matter of time before huge losses dwarf the wins, and the trader will be devastated emotionally and financially.
